Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

AI-Generated Content

Our service lets you generate music, images, and video from prompts you provide, and optionally publish your creations to a public gallery. In addition to the Acceptable Use rules above, you agree not to use the service to generate, upload, or publish content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise not safe for work ("NSFW"), including content generated by combining otherwise permitted prompts to produce such material.
• Depicts, sexualizes, or otherwise exploits minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for this and will report violations to the relevant authorities and law enforcement as required by law.
• Clones, impersonates, or recreates the voice, likeness, image, or identity of a real person — including public figures and celebrities — without that person's explicit consent, including deepfakes and unauthorized voice-cloning.
• Infringes another party's copyright or other intellectual property rights, including generating music that reproduces or closely imitates a specific copyrighted song, lyrics, or a living artist's protected performance.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate or publish. We use a combination of automated screening and manual review to detect violations of this section, but no such system is complete — you may not rely on content passing our filters as confirmation that it complies with these Terms.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or block any content, refuse to process any request, and suspend or terminate any account that we believe violates this section. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund of credits or fees already paid, except as required by applicable law.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms
